Permission control on assets

Updated

Sprinklr provides the ability to assign appropriate user permissions which will prevent unintended access to create & view assets in asset manager. Using asset permissions, you can also control which users can take actions including export, download and import assets.

This article covers Role-based Asset Management permissions. These roles can be assigned to Users or User Groups within your environment.

Asset Management Permissions

If you go to a user permissions window from user settings, you would see this kind of a layout:

Here, the checkmarkSpace_Icon_Has permission.png indicates that the user has the specified permission, while the crossmarkSpace_Icon_Has permission.png indicates the user doesn't have the permission.
