Add Guest Users to Projects

Overview
Guest User access allows you to provide external users access to your Projects for feedback, review, transparency or other reasons. An external user is anyone outside or within your organization without access to a Sprinklr product seat. Guest users have limited access to Project Management and Collaboration features and cannot be added as Project Owners or Admins. Only Project Admins can add Guest Users.
Adding a Guest User
1. Open the Project you want to share and click the Share button on the top right corner.
2. In the pop-up window, enter the Guest User's email address and press Enter. The email will get converted to a capsule. Select whether to add the user as a Editor or with Read Only permissions and then click Send Invite.
3. The Guest User will be added to the list as Guest. Guest Users can only have Read Only or Editor permissions, not Admin or Owner.
4. The Guest User will recieve a mail on their email ID asking them to Join Your Team. They must click on the link in the email to join as a Guest User.
5. They will be taken to another window where they need to set a password to login to Sprinklr and set up 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) for security purposes.
6. Once that is done, the Guest User can login upon which they will be redirected to the Project Management Persona app. They will be able to view the shared Project(s) on their Portfolios window.
7. Guest Users also have access to:
Inbox: Here the Guest User can view all actionable notifications regarding their Tasks and Projects.
All Tasks view: Here the Guest User can access My Tasks, My Team Tasks and other views shared with them. They cannot create their own view.
Global Reporting: Here the Guest User can access all the dashboards that are shared with them, assuming they have relevant permissions.
Note: To ensure governance, Guest Users cannot be added as Portfolio Collaborators, and need to be given access to individual Projects.
