Overview
Views let you view the information relating to Tasks and Projects within your Portfolio in different ways. You can create and save multiple different views with filters set to the requirements of different team members or to visualize different aspects of your project.
You can create Task Views when creating the Project itself. For a more detailed understanding of Views, read What are Views?
Set a Default Task View While Creating a Project
When you first create a Project, you will be asked to choose a Default View, as seen in the screenshot below. By default, this field is set to Task Sheet View, but you can change it to suit your needs.
Create a Task View in an Existing Project
1. Click the New Tab option and under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, select Project Management.
2. Find the Project you want to create a new view for. You can use the Search Bar for this. Hover over the Project and click View.
3. Click View in the top left corner of your current Task View window. Here, you will see a list of already created views and the type of views that can be created (Sheet, Kanban, Timeline and Calendar).
4. Choose the type of view you want to create and click the Plus (+) icon next to it. For example, if you want to create a Kanban view, click the Plus icon next to the Kanban View option.
5. A small side window appears where you can give your View a name and set other criteria depending on the view type chosen. You can also choose who to share the View with or lock the View.
6. Once you have filled in the details according to your requirements, you can click the Create Task View button to create your new Task View.
