How do workforce planners manage agents' leaves efficiently?

Supervisors and WFM admins can efficiently manage agents' time off requests using the Time Off Management Calendar, which provides a comprehensive view of agents' leave requests in a calendar format.

Using the calendar, supervisors can click on an agent's time off entry to review and take action—either approve, reject, or edit pending requests. The calendar visually distinguishes between different request statuses:

- Yellow indicates pending requests.

- Pink denotes rejected requests.

- Grey signifies approved requests.

Supervisors can easily edit these requests by hovering over them. They can change the status of an approved request to reject, approve a previously rejected request, or review and act on pending leave requests.

Additionally, supervisors can manage leave requests through their Request Dashboard, where they can customize columns to view specific types of leave requests by agents or team. They have the flexibility to perform various operations such as sorting, filtering, and exporting leave data.

To manage individual agents' time off balances, supervisors can navigate to the Real-Time Adherence (RTA) dashboard. By accessing an agent's profile and clicking on the Time Off button, supervisors can view and update specific time off details for that agent. This section also provides insights into the agent's leave request history, allocation details, utilization, and a complete audit trail of their leave activities.
