How to manage Workforce Planner Persona using Persona App Manager?

The Workforce Planner Persona is indeed a very important and one of the first configurations that the workforce planner would need to configure to access the Workforce Management Platform on the Sprinklr Service launchpad. The workforce management features required by each company will differ as per their requirement and this is why it is essential to tailor define the workforce management features required for each customer separately.

This article will primarily deal with the one-time setup of the workfore planner persona and how the workforce planner can manage and configure more modules from the existing pool of workforce management modules subsequently too, as per the business demands.

Step 1: As a workforce Planner, on the Sprinklr service launchpad, use the global search box to type and redirect to "All Settings".

Step 2: On the Platform Settings landing page, Click on "Manage Customer" module. On the manage Manage Customer landing page, click on the Persona App Manager icon.

Step 3: On the Persona App Manager's landing page, the planner would be able to view the list of pre-created persona apps dropdown under the Sprinklr Service suite.

To set-up the the workforce planner persona, click on the +create button on the top right side of the page,

In the pop-up box,fFill in the Label and Persona App Manager name and select the product suite as Sprinklr Service, select an icon and click on submit to create the workforce planner app template structure to add the WFM features into.

On the Workforce Planner Persona App landing page,

  • Click on the '+' button on the top right side of the page to Add WFM modules into Primary and Secondary groups on the workforce planner's dashboard.

  • Select the Home (landing page) , Agents (Real Time Adherence monitoring) and Reporting (Historical Adherence Monitoring) modules for the Primary Section of the WFM dashboard.

  • Select Forecasting, Staffing, Scheduling, Leave Management and Settings (Workload, Activities, Shifts and Shift Bidding configurations) modules for the secondary section.

  • Click on any of the features to change display name or the display icon for the features.

  • Click on Publish and select the user/ user groups across which the newly created Workforce Planner App needs to be displayed on the Sprinklr service launchpad.

To make an edit for removal or additional of any existing WFM module, simply click on the Workforce Planner Persona in the menu items on Persona App Manager's landing page. Saving the edits auto-syncs the updated on the Sprinklr Service launchpad.

To access the Workforce Planner Persona App on the Sprinklr Service, click on the workforce planner app taht was created. All the features added to the WF planner app will reflected on the dashboard in the same manner.
