OneDrive Integration

Overview

Sprinklr Project Management and Collaboration can now integrate with OneDrive to simplify asset management and collaboration. You can seamlessly upload media and other assets directly from your OneDrive account to your Projects and Tasks. To enable the OneDrive integration you'll have to download the OneDrive app from the Marketplace and connect your account. Note, that you may need authorization from your workplace's administrator to enable this integration.

Setting Up OneDrive Integration

1. Click the Marketplace icon from anywhere in Project Management and Collaboration.

2. Search for and select the OneDrive app from the Sprinklr Marketplace window.

3. Click Install App. You will be redirected to a page where you'll need to authenticate your Microsoft account and connect to OneDrive. You may also have to request permission from your Microsoft admin.

4. Once you have integrated with OneDrive you'll get the option to upload directly from Onedrive every time you go to add an attachment anywhere in Project Management and Collaboration.

Adding Attachments through OneDrive

1. To add an attachment to a Project, click the Dropdown icon next to the Add Task button. Select Upload Files and then select OneDrive.

2. To add an attachment to a Task, open the Task Overlay by hovering over a Task and clicking the View Details icon.

3. Click the Add Attachment icon next to the Task description or use the Attachment field. Select OneDrive to upload files from OneDrive.
