Sprinklr Insights
Sprinklr Insights dashboards will no longer show new Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram) data. This includes listening dashboards, Quick Search functionality, Trending Topics, Conversation Insights, and any other dashboards where Meta data was previously visible.
You will no longer be able to create Audience Studies related to Meta services.
Sprinklr Insights dashboards will no longer refresh with engagement data for previously posted content on Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram). This includes Social Listening, Benchmarking, Visual Insights.
You will no longer receive Alerts or Newsletters which were based only on Meta data.
You will no longer see Meta-related data in their Scheduled exports, Alerts, Newsletters, Presentations, Displays, External dashboards.
Sprinklr Social
You will no longer be able to post organically to Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. This includes all currently scheduled posts across Social, Distributed and Advocacy.
You will no longer be able to monitor the organic performance of posts on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, such as Reach, Impressions, Views, and Engagements.
You will no longer be able to discover User Generated Content (UGC) through Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
You will no longer be able to enrich Audience Profiles, including information of Follower Count, Verified Status, or Followed By, using Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram data.
There will be no data ingested from Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram for posts that will be published natively.
Historical data from Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram will persist in the Sprinklr platform. As a result, Reporting widgets will be static and not synced to the native Meta platform.
Sprinklr Service
If you have integrated Meta services into Sprinklr Service, you will no longer receive inbound cases created through Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, and any inquiries made through Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram will have to be resolved natively.
Any existing open cases within Service created through Meta will need to be resolved and closed natively on the Meta platform, rather than within Sprinklr Service.
Sprinklr Marketing:
You will no longer be able to post organically to Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
You can continue to:
Create and publish advertising onto Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Measure existing advertising campaigns and make changes.
Publish existing campaigns automatically onto Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
