Additionally, you can opt to schedule periodic data synchronization between your current CMS and Sprinklr, making the content available for agent recommendation, self-serve options in Sprinklr Live Chat, or use in Bot flows. The articles will be classified as External article types in Sprinklr.

Import Offerings

One Time Import

Automatically migrate all existing data and start managing (create, update, delete, publish, etc) the articles from Sprinklr. Bulk import of articles can either be done via integrating with your CMS system or importing data dump of existing articles into Sprinklr Knowledge Base Builder.

Periodic API sync for automate import of articles

We can facilitate API Integration to automatically import/sync your articles into Sprinklr Knowledge Base, enabling you to utilize them for agent recommendation or customer self-service workflows within Sprinklr, without requiring you to switch from your current CMS for article management.

If you don’t have API available for your existing Content Management System, you can leverage Sprinklr Knowledge Base API endpoints to move articles to Sprinklr.​
