    • We have upgraded Zoom SDK version to v1.11.0

      Important Note: Zoom has enforced a minimum version policy for Zoom SDK. If you are using Zoom Video Call, please upgrade to Sprinklr Live Chat SDK v8.0.0 by 02/09/2024 [Article]

    • If you use video call functionality, the minimum Android API level should be 24

  8. The minimum Android API level for your app should be 23 to ensure the Sprinklr SDK can be integrated

  9. Added support for prod18 and prod19

Bugs

  1. Fixed issue: The conversation screen now opens correctly from a push notification when the app is in the background and the messenger SDK is mounted

    3. Corrupt File or Network Issues: Improved error handling with the message "File upload failed: file corrupt or network issue" to provide clearer guidance when there are file integrity or network problems
