Introduction to Offline Conversions

Updated

Conversions API

The Conversions API is designed to create a connection between an advertiser’s marketing data (such as website events, app events, business messaging events and offline conversions) from an advertiser’s server, website platform, mobile app, or CRM to Social Media Platform systems that optimise ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes.

Offline Conversions

Offline Conversions refer to sales or conversions that occur outside of an online environment, such as in a physical store or over the phone or in a console.

This functionality is developed to elucidate the comprehensive impact of digital advertising campaigns on offline revenue streams, enabling businesses to quantify the tangible business outcomes driven by online marketing efforts.

The feature is designed for clients who want to attribute store sales data to their online data, enhancing the accuracy of their marketing analytics.

Offline Conversions is supported in Sprinklr for the following channels:

  1. Facebook

  2. Snapchat

  3. TikTok

  4. LinkedIn

  5. Pinterest

The process involves mapping offline store data to meet the specific requirements of each channel, and thereby uploading this data to each channel's dataset.
