Conditions applicable with outbound rules

Brands can leverage outbound rules in Sprinklr's Rule Engine to control the properties of messages that have been published. Users can also create Outbound rules to automate actions on scheduled outbound messages based on some set conditions. Below, is a list of the Outbound Rule Condition types and the specific sub-conditions within those condition types.

Outbound rule conditions

The following are the conditions for Outbound Rules.

Channel properties of the message

The Channel Properties of the Message are conditions applicable to the channel.

Condition

Description

Channel

Social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.

Account

Refers to the specific social network account the message is coming in. This condition could be an account or an account group.

Message Type

The actual message. This could be a Facebook Comment, Twitter Reply, or LinkedIn Post.

Message Subtype

Refers to whether the message is or is not a message subtype.

Account Owner User ID

Select User or User Group.


Properties of the outbound message

The Properties of the Message Conditions are conditions applicable to the published message itself and its properties.

Condition

Description

Campaign

The campaign the message is associated with.

Geo. Gating Country

The country the message is gating.

Geo. Target Country

The country the message is targeting.

Request Source

Refers to the source message or posts requested.

Social Asset

The media within the Message.

Is post created after account added in Sprinklr

Refers to the post is published at a time after the account addition (in Sprinklr) time.

Tag

Refers to the descriptive terms associated with the message that has been created within Custom Fields as message tags.

Text

The specific words or phrases in the message.

Title

Refers to the subject of an e-mail conversation. The Title condition is only associated with the email account type.

Is Variant

This refers to whether the message is a variant or not. 

Is Branded Content

Refers to the condition to check sponsored posts ("with" tag posts).

Is Dark Post

Refers to the condition to check if the post is a dark post.

Message Keywords

  • Select Regex To Exclude From Matching

You can select a keyword list that the message contains or doesn't contain.

You can set the keywords for any particular words you don't wish to be searched. In other words, this condition will help you to skip searching any particular keywords.

Channel Metadata

To update the metadata and tags in a YouTube Video.

Case properties of the Message

The case properties of the message conditions are conditions applicable to the case associated with the message.

Condition

Description

Does message's parent message have a case associated to it

This refers to any case that is associated with the message's parent message. 

Account Name

Refers to the name of the account the message, to which case is associated, is published from.

Accounts

Refers to the account type the message, to which case is associated, is published from. This could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Business unit

Refers to the business unit of the message, to which case is associated. This could be Account Services, Collections, and Bankruptcy. 

Case Property

This refers to the properties of the case that is associated with the message.

Case Reason

This refers to the reason for creating the case.

Case Type 

This refers to the type of case. 

Case Created

This refers to the date the case was created on. 

Handled By

This refers to the user handling the case.

Priority

This refers to the priority of the case. This could be Very Low, Urgent, Medium, etc.

Properties of the In Reply to message

The properties of the In Reply to Message contains the message level Custom Fields that validates the fan message to which the brand is replying.

Refers to the partner custom properties that validate the fan message to which the brand is replying. 


In reply to Client Custom Property

Refers to the client custom properties that validate the fan message to which the brand is replying. 


Properties of Campaign

The Properties of the Campaign Conditions are conditions applicable to the campaign associated with the message.

Condition

Description

Archived

This refers to whether the associated campaign is archived or not. This could be a Yes or No.

Status

This refers to the status of the associated campaign. This could be Draft, Approved, or Expired

Goal

This refers to the goal of the associated campaign. This could be Product Awareness, Brand Engagement, or Brand Awareness.

Milestone 

This refers to the milestone set with the associated campaign. This could be Production, Planning, Briefing, etc

Workflow Initiated

This refers to the workflow initiated on the associated campaign. This could be No, Yes, or Completed. 

Properties of Sub-campaign:

The Properties of the Sub-Campaign Conditions are conditions applicable to the sub-campaign associated with the message.

Description

Archived

This refers to whether the associated sub-campaign is archived or not. This could be a Yes or No.

Status

This refers to the status of the associated sub-campaign. This could be Draft or Approved.

Goal

This refers to the goal of the associated sub-campaign. This could be Product Awareness, Brand Engagement, or Brand Awareness.

Milestone 

This refers to the milestone set with the associated sub-campaign. This could be Production, Planning, Briefing, etc

Workflow Initiated

This refers to the workflow initiated on the associated sub-campaign. This could be No, Yes, or Completed. 

Profile of the message author

The Profile of the Message Author Conditions are conditions applicable to the author's profile.

Author Name

The creator of the message.

Users

The number of followers the sender has on the account.

Post when it is a reply

The Cases Attached to the Messages Conditions are conditions applicable to the messages received on the posts made by the brand.

Refers to the Client level profile lists that have been set up.

Partner Profile List

Refers to the Partner level profile lists that have been set up.

Tag

Select from existing tag configurations.

Fan Subscription

Select the desired fan subscription from the drop-down menu.

Client Profile Properties

Refers to the profile properties set up in Client Level Custom Fields.

Partner Profile Properties

Refers to the profile properties set up in Partner Level Custom Fields.

Audience being targeted

The Audience being targeted conditions are applicable to the targeted audiences, brands, etc. within the post.

The brands targeted within the post.

Targeted Cities

The cities targeted within the post.

Targeted Gender

The genders targeted within the post.

Targeted Locales

The locales targeted within the post.
