Sprinklr enables businesses to leverage powerful Voice Infrastructure connectivity options by integrating with Ozonetel, a renowned cloud telephony provider. In this article, delve into the world of voice communication within Sprinklr, explore Ozonetel's connectivity solutions, and equip yourself with the knowledge to optimize customer engagement.

Ozonetel offers a range of connectivity options that seamlessly integrates with Sprinklr, enabling businesses to harness the power of voice interactions.

Connectivity Option 1  (Procuring New Phone Number/SIP Trunk from ISP)

1) The customer provides an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the delivery of the SIP Trunk.

2) Ozonetel (OZ) facilitates data center access to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to enable the provisioning of the SIP trunk.

3) Ozonetel conducts a comprehensive end-to-end inbound and outbound test to ensure smooth communication.

4) Ozonetel shares the necessary Kookoo details and DID (Direct Inward Dialing) information with Sprinklr.

5) Ozonetel shares the VPN ID to the client for logging in and testing the connectivity.

6) If the client desires to establish a VPN tunnel, both the client's network team and Ozonetel need to complete the VPN form and configure the tunnel connectivity.

7) Sprinklr adds the voice application in the customer environment and performs inbound and outbound tests.

An IPsec tunnel or VPN connection is established to verify WebRTC connectivity.

Connectivity Option 2  (Procuring New Phone Number/SIP Trunk from Ozonetel)

1) Ozonetel (OZ) provides the necessary information regarding the SIP trunk and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) to the client in a properly formatted manner.

2) Ozonetel conducts a comprehensive end-to-end inbound and outbound test to ensure seamless communication throughout the system.

3) Ozonetel shares the Kookoo details and properly formatted DID information with Sprinklr for their reference and utilization.

4) Ozonetel provides the VPN identification to the client, allowing them to log in and perform connectivity testing using the provided format.

5) In the event that the client expresses interest in establishing a VPN tunnel, both the client's network team and Ozonetel work together to complete the VPN form, and configure the tunnel connectivity in the prescribed format.

6) Sprinklr incorporates the voice application into the customer environment and subsequently carries out properly formatted inbound and outbound tests to ensure optimal functionality.

7) To accurately assess WebRTC connectivity, the system establishes an IPsec tunnel or VPN connection in the required format.

Connectivity Option 3-  Use Customer Existing Phone numbers (SIP Over IPsec)

1) Schedule a meeting between the Customer IT team and Ozonetel (OZ) to initiate the Implementation Process.

2) The Customer IT team is responsible for sharing the number of SIP ports, Direct Inward Dialing (DID) information, and the completed SIP Trunk form, including Media and Signaling IP addresses, with Ozonetel.

3) If the client desires to establish a VPN tunnel, both the client's Network team and Ozonetel collaborate to complete the VPN form and configure the tunnel connectivity.

4) Ozonetel and the Customer IT team jointly complete the SIP trunk connectivity to establish a seamless communication link.

5) Ozonetel conducts a comprehensive end-to-end inbound and outbound test to ensure the smooth functioning of the implemented system.

6) Ozonetel shares the Kookoo details and relevant DID information with Sprinklr for their reference and integration purposes.

7) Ozonetel provides the VPN identification to the client, enabling them to log in and perform connectivity tests according to the provided credentials.

8) Sprinklr adds the Voice Application into the Customer Environment and carries out inbound and outbound tests to ensure optimal functionality.

9) An IPsec tunnel or VPN connection is established to assess WebRTC connectivity and ensure a secure communication channel.

Connectivity Option 4  (Deploying OZ Infra at Customer Site or cloud)

1) Ozonetel and the Customer arrange a scheduled call to finalize the sizing requirements, including the number of hardware servers, users, and SIP channels required.

2) The Customer is responsible for ordering the SIP trunk through a local Internet Service Provider (ISP), ensuring the provision of a backup SIP trunk link.

3) Ozonetel shares the Bill of Materials (BOM) with the client, detailing the necessary equipment and components.

4) Upon receiving the client's approval, Ozonetel raises a Purchase Order (PO) with their designated hardware vendor.

5) Until the hardware delivery, the client sets up a Data Center (DC) and provides the required RackSpace, power supply, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).

6) The client handles the network connectivity to connect the hardware, taking into account MPLS bandwidth, and backup links.

7) Ozonetel requests the client to share the required number of ports and IP addresses from their network infrastructure.

8) Once the hardware is delivered, an Ozonetel engineer visits the client's location to rack and mount the servers, and provide remote access to the Ozonetel central team.

9) The Ozonetel central team installs the hardware and ensures its proper functioning.

10) The ISP delivers the SIP trunk and connects it to the Ozonetel hardware.

11) Ozonetel verifies the inbound and outbound connectivity to ensure smooth communication.

12) Ozonetel shares the Kookoo details and relevant DID information with Sprinklr for their reference and integration.

13) Ozonetel provides the VPN identification to the client, allowing the client to log in, and test the connectivity using the provided credentials.

14) Sprinklr adds the Voice Application into the Customer Environment and conducts inbound and outbound tests to ensure optimal functionality.
