Useful Information about Pinterest Boards
We are able to Publish, Report, enable Audience Profiling, and create new pins from existing pins within the platform.
In keeping with Pinterest's updates to their API to better protect the security and privacy of their users, the display of personal information for non-brand accounts is subject to the following conditions:
If a user comments on a Brand Pin the users’ information is not available and profile photo will be displayed as a pin icon.
If a Pin from an un-owned brand account comes in via a domain search the users’ information is not available and profile photo will be displayed as a pin icon.
Board created using "quick save" button is currently not supported in Sprinklr. If you'd like to promote the pin from the "quick save" board, you should re-pin the pin you want to promote in a new board. You could also move it another existing board.
Pinterest Limitations
Unable to pull in pins from 'Secret Boards' due to an API Limitation.
Unable to create 'private' boards on Pinterest via Sprinklr platform. However, in Monitoring Dashboards under "My Pins" column the private boards shows up as options (although it will not display any media)
Unable to search for queries instead of domain URLs due to current API Limitations. However, you can select a Pinterest account as a source in listening and run all comments on pins through the listening queries that you have set up
Publishing with a rich pin via the Publisher is not currently supported
