Exploring Email Notification Templates 

To access the Email Templates: 

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Click Admin Console under Sprinklr Social

  2. Navigate to the desired Advocacy Community, click the Options icon corresponding to the community's name, and select View Sites.

  3. Click the Options icon corresponding to the desired Advocacy site, and select Build site.

  4. Select the Email Template Tab. 

  5. To preview or edit a specific template, hover over the Options icon next to the template's name and select the appropriate option. 

     
     

Customizing Email Notification Templates 

Admins can achieve several customizations to the email notification templates: 

  • Customize the template's name. 

  • Personalize the sender's name. 

  • Incorporate dynamic placeholders using HTML to tailor emails based on user properties. 

  • Customize the sender's email domain for sending notifications. 

  • Adjust the email subject line. 

Personalizing Email Notification Templates 

Admins can infuse dynamic placeholders into email templates, ensuring personalization for advocates. These placeholders can include user properties, project details, badge information and much more. 

Creating and Customizing Multiple Templates 

Program Admins can also leverage the flexibility to craft multiple email notification templates for a single activity. This proves particularly beneficial when diverse user groups require email notifications in different languages or tailored content.
