Site Customization and Control Overview

In the Advocacy Overview Tab, you can edit various aspects of your site to control how and where your content is shared and the metadata associated with your site.
Note: Use of this capability requires that Advocacy Marketing be enabled in your environment. To learn more about Advocacy Marketing, reach out to your Success Manager.
To Access the Overview Tab
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Admin Console within Engage.
In the Community window, hover over the Options icon alongside an Advocacy Community and select View Sites.
Next to the site you'd like to make changes to, hover over the Options icon and select Build Site.
In the site dashboard bar, click Overview to navigate to the Overview tab.
In the Overview tab, there are a number of elements that you can edit to make changes to the design of your Advocacy site. For more information, see Overview Tab — Field Descriptions below.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.

Site Name | The site name that will appear on browser tabs. |
Google Analytics ID | Enter a Google Analytics ID to track site behavior through Google Analytics. |
Sprinklr Live Chat | Select a Sprinklr Live Chat Account to enable Live chat in your site. |
Show cookie usage consent (Will be shown only once until user accepts) | Check the box to add cookie usage consent in your advocacy site. |
Cookie Usage Consent Text | Enter the desired text for the cookie usage consent. |
Button text to be shown on read more button | Enter the button text for the cookie usage policy. |
External URL when user wants to read more about cookie usage policy | Enter a URL for the cookie usage policy. |
Mobile Application | |
Name | Enter the name of your Advocacy Mobile App. |
Icon | Upload the icon of your mobile app. |
Google Play Store | Provide the URL for your app in the Google Play Store. |
Apple App Store | Provide the URL for your app in the Apple App Store. |
Meta Tags | |
Website URL | Enter the URL of your Advocacy site. |
Title | Enter the title for your Advocacy site. |
Description | Provide a description for your site. |
Keywords | Enter keywords associated with your site. |
Author | Provide a company or brand 'author' or owner of the site. |
Language | Provide the language of your site. |
Open Graph Url | Provide the URL for your Open Graph. For example, http://www.example.com/ |
Open Graph Title | Provide the title for your Open Graph. For example, Social Media Management: Digital Transformation | Sprinklr |
Open Graph Description | Provide the description for your Open Graph. For example, Social Media Management platform Sprinklr provides digital transformation for the enterprise. |
Open Graph Image | Provide the URL for your Open Graph logo image. |
Twitter Card | Provide the Twitter card of your site. |
Twitter Site | Provide the Twitter site of your site. |
Twitter Creator | Provide the Twitter creator of your site. |
Indexation | Select indexation from the drop-down menu. |
Social Channels | |
Share Channels | Admins can select social channels from the drop-down menu that advocates can connect and share. Admins can select a preferred/default share channel for their advocates by pinning the channel. When advocates open the share window of an advocacy post, it will open with the default channel, accompanied by their last-used channels. Share Via | Admins can select the external channels like WhatsApp, Email, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, etc. from the share via dropdown, streamlining the setup process. Admins can also track the number of share attempts made via these apps specified in admin console. |
