Updated
Microsoft Power BI is a business analytics service that provides interactive visualizations with self-service business intelligence capabilities, enabling end-users to create reports and dashboards by themselves without having to depend on information technology staff or database administrators. You can add Sprinklr as a data source in Power BI to create data visualization sheets.

This connector lets you use DirectQuery to offload processing to Sprinklr, which is great when you have a massive amount of data that you don’t want to load into Power BI or when you want to perform near-real-time analysis.
To Export Dashboard Mapping in Sprinklr
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Reporting within Analyze.
Either select the desired dashboard from the Dashboards Home window or click the Dashboard Menu icon in the top left corner and select the dashboard that you would like to export.

To Select Sprinklr as Data Source in Power BI Desktop
Based on the Reporting Engine and Report Name value from the Export Mapping, select the display option of Engine name appended with the Report name in the Navigator pop up window.
Note
Due to the volume of data, Sprinklr doesn’t load the live preview of the data. So it's okay to proceed to the next step even if the table displays it is empty.
Check the display option and click Load on the bottom right corner of the window.
To Create a Report from the Data Source
For Chart creation in Power BI, use Visualizations panel on the right to display and explore your data.
After clicking on the chart icon, drag the visualization to a location on the canvas where you want the chart to appear. For more information, see Add visuals to a Power BI report.
You can change the chart data and styling using the Filters, Visualizations, and Fields panel mentioned on the right side of the window.
Additionally, you can check the Dimensions and Measurements from the Fields panel to change data fields of the chart based on the Export Mapping Document.
Points to Remember to View and Share your Report
On the Power BI web application, publish and share your Power BI reports and dashboards with teammates in your organization or to everyone on the web.
With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. The recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.
You can't share directly from Power BI Desktop. You publish reports from Power BI Desktop to the Power BI service.
