Add a Workspace Profile List

Workspace Profile lists allow Sprinklr users to make a curated group of users and save it as a list. Profile lists are available both at the Workspace-level and Customer-level. A list can fetch filters and tags from Profile Bios, Profile Statistics, and Profile Properties. You can also synchronize a Twitter list with the Profile List.

Due to API restrictions, profile lists sync is only possible with Twitter accounts. However, you can sync the curated Twitter list with different social media accounts in Sprinklr. You can view any updates for a curated profile list in the Engagement Dashboard's Listening column.

To Add a Workspace Profile List

  1. Click the New Tab icon Screen Shot 2017-09-25 at 1.52.25 PM.png and select Settings under the Social Core cloud.

  2. Select Manage Workspace from the options on the left-hand side and click Workspace Profile Lists from the list of options. You can also search for it in the search bar above. Clicking Workspace Profile Lists to create a new profile list

  3. In the top right corner of the Workspace Profile Lists window, click Add Profile List.

  4. Enter a profile list Name, select a List Owner, and add an optional Description.Filling the basic details to create a new profile list

  5. To sync the Profile List with Twitter, select Account(s) and Twitter List(s) from the respective drop-down menus.Selecting twitter account to sync with profile list

  6. To sync the Profile List with Care Community, select the desired community from the Select Accounts drop-down menu.

  7. Under the Visibility section, the profile list will be visible to all users by default. To restrict visibility, uncheck the Visible to all users box and select the user(s) from Provisioned Users drop-down menu.

  8. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save the Workspace Profile List.
