Project Overview Tab

Overview
The Project Overview Tab gives you quick, detailed insights into your Projects. You can create and view a Project Overview describing your Project, its objectives, key milestones or other important or relevant details. You can also see other key Project details like status, owner and dependencies, view Sub-projects, recent notes and any files or assets attached with the Project.
Section | Description | |
1. | Project Overview | You can edit this section to add a brief description of your Project or a more detailed overview of Project objectives, milestones, timelines and other important details. This section supports rich text formatting. You can also add sections, tables, bulleted or numbered lists and callouts. |
2. | Project Details | This section includes standard Project fields such as Status, Owner, Start Date, End Date and Project Dependencies. You can pin fields in this section. Click on the fields to update them. |
3. | Project Associations | You can view Portfolios associated with the Project. You can also view Dependecies associated with the Project. |
4. | Shared With | You can view all users and user groups associated with the Project. |
5. | Sub-Projects | This section shows Sub-projects attached to the Project, their status, progress and owner. It displays a maximum of 4 Sub-projects. Additional, Sub-projects can be viewed from the Sub-projects tab. |
6. | Campaigns | You can view all Campaigns associated with the Project. |
7.. | Recent Notes | This section displays the latest notes added at a Project level. Users can edit, reply, and delete these notes. |
8. | Files and Attachments | You can view the six most recent files attached at both Project and Task level. You can click Show All to view all files and attachments. |
