Reshare LinkedIn Posts from Sprinklr

You can now reshare LinkedIn posts from engagement dashboards in Sprinklr. Add your thoughts to fan posts and reshare them on company pages or brand profiles. You can reshare both LinkedIn Company page and LinkedIn Profile Account posts.
Note: This capability needs specific set up. Get in touch with your Success Manager to enable this feature on your environment.
Steps to Reshare LinkedIn Posts from Sprinklr
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.
On the Engagement Dashboard, click Add Column in the top right corner to create a new column.
Select LinkedIn from the Add New Column window. You can also search for it in the search bar above.
On the Add New LinkedIn Column window, select Company Status Update.
Enter the Basic Information for your column.
Click Create Column in the bottom right corner.
Go to the engagement column you just created.
Click the Options icon for the post you want to reshare, and click Reshare.
Under Message, add your reshare post content.
Note: You will not be able to modify the original content or remove/add any media.Click Post in the bottom right corner.
