Use Live Chat (Distributed User)

You can use Live Chat to communicate or share information with the brand admin. Both you as well as the admin can initiate the conversation through Live Chat. You can either continue with an existing conversation or start a new thread. 

To Use Live Chat for Distributed Users

  1. Log into the Sprinklr Distributed environment. 
  2. Click the Chat icon in the tool bar to the left.

  3. When the chatbox opens, you can continue with an existing conversation or start a new conversation. 

Note

When you get a new message on Live Chat, you get notifications on the chat icon to the right, after you log in. You will see the number that denotes the total number of messages you have received.
