Add and Manage Sandbox Environment

Updated

Before requesting a Sandbox, Sprinklr recommends customers to first understand the purpose and the type of sandbox needed. A sample POD (a group of Sandboxes and their connections) can look like the following.

Understanding Sandbox Refresh

  • Refresh helps to reset the sandbox configuration to the latest of the production.
  • During Refresh, all the configuration and data in the sandbox are wiped and the latest configuration is imported from the production into the sandbox.
  • Hover over the Options icon baseline_more_vert_black_18dp.png of a sandbox and select Refresh Sandbox to trigger the Refresh. You can only Refresh a Sandbox and not Production.
  • Sandbox Refresh is an irreversible change and please exercise caution before triggering it.
