LinkedIn Profile Insights

Updated 

Brands can use LinkedIn profile insights to conduct market research and gain insights into their target audience. By analyzing the demographics and interests of their followers and connections, brands can develop more targeted and effective marketing campaigns.

Note: Due to new LinkedIn permissions, existing LinkedIn Profiles must be re-added in Sprinklr to access these metrics. Post Insights metrics will be available after the 20.7.1 minor release in August.

Account Insights

Metric Name

The number of followers of a LinkedIn Profile account. 

LinkedIn Profile Connections 

This is the number of connections on a LinkedIn profile.  

Note: This is available only for Distributed type accounts. 

Post Insights

LinkedIn Profile Post Impressions 

The number of times a LinkedIn Profile post is viewed. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Reach 

The number of unique viewers of a LinkedIn Profile post. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Likes & Reactions 

The total number of likes and reactions on a LinkedIn Profile post. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Aggregated Comments 

Number of aggregated comments on a LinkedIn Profile post. 

LinkedIn Profile Post First Level Comments 

Number of first level comments on a LinkedIn Profile post. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Reshares 

Number of reshares of a Profile post. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Video Views 

The number of video views of a LinkedIn Profile post, with play-pause cycles for at least 2 seconds. Auto-looping videos are counted as one when loaded. Each subsequent auto-looped play does not increase this metric. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Unique Video Views 

The number of unique viewers of a LinkedIn Profile post, who made engaged plays on the video. Auto-looping videos are counted as one when loaded. Each subsequent auto-looped play does not increase this metric. 

LinkedIn Profile Post Video Watch Time (in ms) 

The total time the video of a LinkedIn Profile post was watched in milliseconds. Video auto-looping will continue to increase this metric for each subsequent play.
