Reports Overview

Supervisors can leverage different reports to dive deep into agents' performance, case workflow, channel summary, and so on to identify areas for improvement. Besides that, the supervisors can plan the workload and roadmap of their support team and, most importantly, ensure their customers’ expectations are well met.
Follow these steps to navigate to the Reports page in a Supervisor Persona App:
Open the relevant Supervisor Persona App from the Launchpad.
Select the Reports option from the Left Pane to open the Reports page.
View Reports in Compact Mode
You can view the Reporting Dashboard with numerous Queues simultaneously using the Compact Mode option. It allows you to efficiently monitor many Queues at once, providing a comprehensive overview of all relevant details. This is particularly useful for managing and keeping track of situations involving a multitude of Queues, ensuring that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.
