Drill Down in a Widget in Reporting Dashboard (Sprinklr Distributed)
Updated
Drill down is a feature that lets the user analyze more specific data points in a widget. It gives the user an in-depth view of a selected metric in one click, keeping the original widget accessible at all times.
This is useful to display summarized data in a widget but then enables the user to drill down for details.
To Drill Down in a Widget
Log into the Distributed environment. Click Performance in the top Menu bar to go to the Reporting Dashboard.
Move to the widget to drill into. (Suppose the widget in the screenshot below is chosen.)
Click on the item or data point to drill down. (Suppose the item chosen is Photo.)
A Drill Data dropdown pops up. Choose one of the metric to drill into. (Suppose Message Type is chosen.)
The new drill down widget would appear in a new pop up window. (In the screenshot, 01 is the original widget and 02 is the drill down widget.)
To Drill into Outbound and Inbound Posts
Usually all the metrics in the Drill Data give a quantitative representation of data in form of bars, charts, tables, graphs, etc. But Outbound and Inbound Posts are the metrics that give the actual stream of conversations. So if the user wants to see the actual stream of conversation, these metrics can be chosen.
Log into the Distributed environment. Click Performance in the top Menu bar to go to the Reporting Dashboard.
Move to the widget to drill into.
Click on the item or data point to drill down.
A Drill Data dropdown pops up. Choose the metric Outbound Posts.
The new drill down widget with the conversation stream would appear in a new pop up window. (In the screenshot, 01 is the original widget and 02 is the drill down widget.)
