Why use Reporting Dashboard?

Reporting dashboard in Sprinklr Distributed serves many purposes; a few of its key uses are listed below.

1. Visualize Social Performance Insights

Data visualization is an easy way to understand and interpret concepts, patterns, and trends. Reporting dashboard presents insights in the form of visual data, such as charts, graphs, bars, etc., that are easy to understand and dynamic. The data can be further drilled down into by clicking on specific data points to get an in-depth view.

2. Share Reports with Team

Reporting dashboard gives the user option to export the report or to schedule the export to other team members via email to keep them informed of key performance data. Within the export section, the user can choose specific sections of the dashboard to download or send and also choose the format of the report.

3. Centralize Insights

Reporting dashboard gives users a comprehensive view of data from all the accounts across all the social channels. This makes it easier to track and compare insights across channels.

To View Reporting Dashboard Overview

1. Log in to your Distributed environment. 
2. Hover over the Options icon in the Menu bar to the left. Select Analytics.
   
3. You can view the Reporting Widgets. View Reporting Dashboard - Terms and Descriptions to understand the widgets.

#	Term	Icon	Description
2	Duration/Time Range		View data from a specified date range.
5	Dashboard Actions		Refresh icon Refresh the Dashboard to see the most up to date view. Options icon Exposes additional actions to manage the Dashboard. Export Export the Dashboard.
6	Dashboard Sections		Sections are tabs within the Reporting Dashboard used to separate content.
8	Widget		Widgets are used to visualize data within the Dashboard. You can easily drill-down into specific data points to gain further insight.
9	Widget Actions		Filter icon Hover over the icon to view the filters applied on the Dashboard. Options icon Export Widget Export the widget's data in a PNG, PDF, CSV or Excel file. Refresh Widget Refresh the widget to see the most up to date view.
