Creative Dimensions Reporting for DCO

Creative level reporting is the micro level analysis tool that will help the users identify not only which graphic is working for them, but also what is the creative level content that is working for that particular graphic.

To understand it better, let's take. An example, if company VSV watch creates an ad and wants to test out which headline and product image will work best for a certain design. They will map them with any of the 12 creative dimensions available in Sprinklr with either dynamic text of dynamic image and plot these while reporting to report on the ads data to derive the results.

The list of 12 creative dimensions are:

  1. Creative Call To Action

  2. Creative Media Headline

  3. Creative Title 1

  4. Creative Title 2

  5. Creative Product Image 1

  6. Creative Product Image 2

  7. Creative Image Background

  8. Creative Custom Dimension 1

  9. Creative Custom Dimension 2

  10. Creative Custom Dimension 3

  11. Creative Custom Dimension 4

  12. Creative Custom Dimension 5

Before you start

  • Only Dynamic image and dynamic text can be used to set-up the tracking parameters in image templates.

  • You can set-up the tracking parameters for DIT in the edit template screen

  • To set-up tracking parameters for DVT, you have to go to edit screen & turn on the ‘Enable Tracking Parameters’ toggle before setting up the template, you can turn on Enable Tracking Parameters’ after setting up the template.

Do not Miss: The dimensions have to be setup before creating assets using the templates or applying the templates on the feeds. Other wise the generated images or videos will not be tagged with the dimensions and creative element level reporting will not work for them.

You can do following things to use creative dimension level reporting:

Step 1: Mapping the Creative dimensions

The flow to setup creative dimensions will work differently for both DITs and DVTs

To set-up creative dimension for a dynamic template, you will need to click on the dynamic element (image/text) and in the tool bar move to the Tracking parameter field. From there you can define the creative level dimension for your element

To set-up creative dimension for a dynamic template, you will need to turn on the ‘Enable Tracking Parameters’ toggle before setting up the template and set-up the template after that. After setting up the template you can define the creative level dimension for your element

Step 2: Reporting Creative dimensions

The process to create the reporting dashboard for creative dimensions is exactly the same for creating a normal reporting dashboard, but creative level reporting dashboard will help us analyse which creative element is working best for us.

For example, the given campaign was created using 3 watches variants and 3 headlines. In the creative dimensions reporting, which can see that watch 1 with ‘2023 exclusive collection’ as headline is performing the best for the campaign.

Based on this data, we empower the user to take informed and data driven decisions.
