Instagram Collab Posts Reporting

Instagram Collaboration (Collab) posts can now be filtered using the "Is IG Collab Post" filter with the value set to True in both Inbound Analytics and Social Analytics data sources. This functionality allows users to track and analyze the performance of collaboration posts effectively. 

Use Case

Clients can utilize this filter to isolate collaboration posts and compare their performance against standard brand posts. This can provide valuable insights into: 

  1. Which collaborators are driving more traction to the brand’s posts. 

  2. Whether collaboration posts outperform regular posts in terms of engagement, reach, or any other key metrics. 

Exposed Dimensions and Filters: 

  1. Is IG Collab Post: 

    Definition: A dimension that enables filtering posts that involve collaborators. 

    Value: This will return True when at least one collaborator has accepted the collaboration request. 

  2. Name of the Collaborator: 

    Definition: A dimension that shows the account names of all collaborators who have accepted the collaboration request. 

    Limit: A maximum of 3 collaborators can be added to a single post.

Data Sync Frequency

The status of collaboration requests and whether collaborators have accepted or declined will be updated for up to 7 days from the date of post publishing.
