Ads Reporting Roles & Permissions

Updated

To make sure that new users in your Sprinklr environment are set up with the appropriate access and capabilities to access and view Reporting, you'll want to ensure that their role is granted the right permissions.

This article covers role-based Reporting permissions. Roles are assigned to Users or User Groups within your environment.

To Grant a Role Level Permission

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

  2. On the Platform Settings window, select Workspace Roles or Global Roles within Manage Workspace or Manage Customer, respectively.

Note: It is best practise to use Global level Roles.

  3. In the top right corner of the Roles (Settings) window, click Create Role. To learn more about creating a role, see Ads Roles and Permissions: Overview.

  4. On the Add Role window, under Select Permissions, search and select from the below Ad Manager permissions and click Save in the bottom right corner.
