CSAT/ Feedback Card

CSAT score (Customer satisfaction score) or feedback card is used to capture feedback from the user. You can select from one of the following feedback scales:

  • 5 point scale (1-5)

  • 7 point scale (1-7)

Further, you have an option of choosing the order of the scale (i.e positive to negative, or negative to positive). You can further ask for additional comments from the user in addition to the CSAT rating by enabling the Additional Feedback Comment.
