Salesforce Sales Cloud Integration for Lead Management

This integration enables you to create or update leads in Salesforce based on the data collected inside Sprinklr. Using Sprinklr AI and automation, a profile can be surfaced as a lead in Salesforce. The generated lead will be created based on the case created in Sprinklr.

Please work with your Success Manager to learn more about getting this capability enabled in your environment.

Use Case

  • Create new leads/contacts inside Salesforce or update an existing one.

  • Any PII and public data like social handles, email IDs, etc. collected in Sprinklr can also be passed onto Salesforce.

  • Any further updates to the lead/contact is also pushed in realtime from Sprinklr into Salesforce
