Reporting exports offer a way to download the information in Sprinklr Reporting dashboards or widgets in a variety of formats. You may download reporting data in PDF, Excel spreadsheet, PNG, or PowerPoint formats. You may also opt to schedule exports to automate the download of data and to schedule an email containing the exported report to other Sprinklr users or to recipients who are not Sprinklr users. When you configure scheduled reports, you can choose to specifically include or exclude weekends. 

To Schedule Daily Exclude Weekend Exports

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Reporting within Analyze.
   

2. In the Reporting Dashboard window, click the Dashboard Menu icon   in the top left corner and select Scheduled Exports under Settings.

3. In the Scheduled Exports window, click Add Scheduled Export in the top right corner.
   

4. In the Export Dashboard window, scroll down to When to Export (schedule) section. Under the Schedule drop-down menu, select either Daily or Daily (Exclude Weekend) to include or exclude weekends from your daily reports, respectively.
