Set Up and Use Live Chat for Distributed Users

You can use Live Chat to communicate or share information with the Distributed users. Both you as well as the Distributed users can initiate the conversation through Live Chat. You can either continue with an existing conversation or start a new thread.
Before You Begin
To set up and use the Live Chat facility, you have 2 prerequisites to complete.
- Make sure that Case Management is enabled for your account. To get Case Management enabled for your account, get in touch with your Success Manager.
- Make sure that Sprinklr Service is enabled for your account. To get Sprinklr Service enabled for your account, get in touch with your Success Manager.
To Add Live Chat for Distributed Users
- Add Live Chat for the Distributed Users. Follow the steps mentioned in Add Sprinklr Live Chat.
- After you have configured Live Chat, you need to raise a Support Ticket to enable it. Note that the Support Team would need the Application ID and the API Key.
