Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Contacts or Cases (Distributed User)

Distributed Users can trigger marketing journeys on their personal leads on Sprinklr Distributed. The omni-channel marketing journey can be triggered at a contact level or a case level. This will help the Distributed Users to filter the leads and engage in one-on-one with the qualified leads.
Prerequisite
It is a prerequisite for the Admin to create the marketing journey in advance, and allow the Distributed User(s) to trigger it for their contacts.
Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Contacts
- Log in to the Distributed environment. 
- Go to Contacts from the Menu bar to the left. 
- Under the My Contacts tab, hover over Macro below the contact of your choice. 
- Click the macro of your preference from the dropdown. 
- Applying the macro on the Contact will result in the profile getting updated with a custom property. This custom property will trigger the respective marketing journey for the contact. As a result, the messages(SMS and other channels) in the journey will be sent to this profile. 
Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Cases
- Log in to the Distributed environment. 
- Go to Case Queue from the Menu bar to the left. 
- Hover over Macro below the case of your choice. 
- Click the macro of your preference from the dropdown. 
- Applying the macro on the Case will result in the profile getting updated with a custom property. This custom property will trigger the respective marketing journey for the contact. As a result, the messages(SMS and other channels) in the journey will be sent to this profile.
