Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Contacts or Cases (Distributed User)

Distributed Users can trigger marketing journeys on their personal leads on Sprinklr Distributed. The omni-channel marketing journey can be triggered at a contact level or a case level. This will help the Distributed Users to filter the leads and engage in one-on-one with the qualified leads.

Prerequisite

It is a prerequisite for the Admin to create the marketing journey in advance, and allow the Distributed User(s) to trigger it for their contacts.

Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Contacts

  1. Log in to the Distributed environment.

  2. Go to Contacts from the Menu bar to the left.

  3. Under the My Contacts tab, hover over Macro below the contact of your choice.

  4. Click the macro of your preference from the dropdown.

  5. Applying the macro on the Contact will result in the profile getting updated with a custom property. This custom property will trigger the respective marketing journey for the contact. As a result, the messages(SMS and other channels) in the journey will be sent to this profile.

Trigger Marketing Journeys Using Macro for Cases

  1. Log in to the Distributed environment.

  2. Go to Case Queue from the Menu bar to the left.

  3. Hover over Macro below the case of your choice.

  4. Click the macro of your preference from the dropdown.

  5. Applying the macro on the Case will result in the profile getting updated with a custom property. This custom property will trigger the respective marketing journey for the contact. As a result, the messages(SMS and other channels) in the journey will be sent to this profile.
