Step-by-step overview for an Email Marketing Campaign

1. Create a campaign

Create a campaign or modify the existing campaign to send it across to the segmented users.

2. Importing leads into Sprinklr

Gather valuable leads by importing Emails using Audience Profiles into Sprinklr. You can bulk-import audience profiles using a spreadsheet. To know more about the audiences, see Targeting for Email Marketing.

3. Audience Segmentation

Now, segment the audience based on different attributes such as Client Profile List, Partner Profile list, or any other Profile Custom Field, in the Segment Manager. Segmenting allows you to filter your audience effectively.
You can also directly use the Profile Lists created while importing them.

4. Create an Email Marketing Content Template

Create an Email Marketing Content Template to be used in the Emails. Creating a brand-compliant template will help you save time while creating each individual message.

5. Create and send the Email

Create the Email that you want to send to your audiences from the advanced publisher or the quick publisher and schedule the message/post.

6. Email Marketing Reporting

Analyze the message delivery and other metrics within the Email Marketing reporting dashboard
