Re-Add an Account

In this article, we talk about how to re-add your accounts to Sprinklr which were deactivated due to token expiry. Sprinklr uses access tokens, which are provided by social networks, to connect to your social accounts. When an access token expires or becomes invalid, you must reconnect your social account to Sprinklr by re-adding them for generating a new token. 


Steps

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Platform Modules, click Social Accounts within Listen.

  2. Click the Red Triangle icon corresponding to the deactivated account. A dialogue box with two CTA buttons - Notify Admin and Re-Add button will appear.

  3. Alternatively, you can open the account details, where you will see the Re-add button in the third pane.

  4. Click on the Re-Add button, after which you will be prompted with the account type's unique authentication process, similar to the steps in Add an Account.
