How to Install & Setup the MOAT Ads Integration

MOAT Account Setup in Sprinklr

For MOAT account addition, we will require the following details:-

1. The MOAT team will provide you with the Sprinklr MOAT token and tiles details via email for the MOAT accounts. Please share this auto-generated email to ads-product@sprinklr.com.

2. You will need to provide the MOAT account start date (since when the data needs to be pulled into Sprinklr).

3. You will need to provide the MOAT account type. We currently supported the following MOAT account types: 

  • Facebook Display

  • Facebook Video

  • Instagram Video

  • Snapchat Video

  • Twitter Video

  • Twitter Display

Note

  • Once the MOAT is enabled, metrics will be available within Ads Manager and Ads Reporting.

  • All the MOAT metrics will have MOAT before the metric name.

  • Data may be on up to 24 hours of delay. This is dependent on the MOAT API.
