Add Nextdoor Ad Accounts

Note: In Sprinklr, the "channel-nextdoor" is now deprecated, and reporting for this channel will no longer be available. However, portal data and campaign information remain accessible. Please adjust your processes accordingly.

The option to add a Nextdoor ad account is not present in the UI. The client needs to reach out to Nextdoor (by sending an email) requesting to manage campaigns through Sprinklr. The Nextdoor team would then associate the client's account with Sprinklr from their end and provide the Client ID to the client.

Once we receive the Client ID from the client, we will be able to add their accounts from the backend. Please raise a support ticket to get this enabled.
