Pinterest V3 to V5 Migration - Functionality Changes
Updated
We would like to inform you about an important upgrade to the Pinterest API in Sprinklr. This upgrade involves transitioning from Pinterest v3 to v5.
If you currently have Pinterest accounts added in Sprinklr, please be aware that as part of this change, you will need to re-add your Pinterest Accounts between June 26th and June 30th. This is necessary due to the updated authentication process.
It is crucial to note that the v3 API will be deprecated on June 30th, 2023. As a result, any existing accounts that have not been successfully migrated by this date will be deactivated. However, once you re-add your accounts, they will function normally again.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to take the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition to the new Pinterest v5 API endpoints. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reachout to your Success Manager.
