Before You Begin

The Reddit Ad Account data availability outside Reddit is subjected to the whitelisting process from Reddit. Before Ad Account addition in Sprinklr users need to make sure that they are getting whitelisted through the process mentioned below.

Ad Account whitelisting

To make the Reddit Ad Accounts eligible for API usage, there are two ways to get the required accounts whitelisted. You can either do it yourself with help from a Reddit Representative or the Product Team at Sprinklr can help them get whitelisted through our established communications with Reddit.

To enable Reddit Publishing:

1. Raise a support ticket for the enablement of Reddit Ads publishing for respective partners, keeping Sanskar Vyas and Siddhartha Malani in loop when submitting the support ticket.

2. DP for Reddit Ads Publishing: PAID_REDDIT_AD_PUBLISH_ENABLED.

3. If the ad account was already added in Sprinklr, re-add it after the enablement.

Note: As a standard procedure across channels, we recommend waiting for 24-48 hours after adding the Ad Account to ensure that all data and campaign details are fully synchronized in Sprinklr.

To Add a Reddit Ad Account

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Governance Console tab, click All Settings within Listen.

2. On the Platform Settings window, select Accounts from the list of options to open your Account Settings.

3. On the Accounts window, click Add Account in the top right corner.

4. On the Add Account window, select Reddit Ads from the given options. You will be redirected to the Reddit Authorization window.

5. After authorization, you will be prompted to choose the accounts that have been added on Reddit native, and you can then add them to Sprinklr.​

6. After selecting the ad account, you will be redirected to the Update Account Details window where you can edit/add information details to your Reddit Ads account.

7. Click Save in the bottom right corner to add the Reddit Ad account to your environment.
