Notes for Applying Smart Bidding and Smart Budget Strategy Groups Together

You can apply Smart Bidding and Smart Budget Allocation simultaneously on your ad entities using Strategy Groups.

  • Smart Budget Allocation (SBA) dynamically shifts budgets between Campaigns and Ad Sets based upon real-time performance using Reinforcement Learning, a subset of AI, to systematically increase return on ad spend.

  • Smart Bidding (SB) uses an AI-based algorithm that is trained on your data to predict the best bid value for your Ad Sets.

Note

Target CPA is mandatory while using Smart Bidding and Smart Budget Allocation to create a Strategy Group.

To Configure SBA + SB Strategy Group

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Ads Manager within Analyze.

  2. On the Ads Manager window, click Strategy Groups in the top left corner of the section bar.

  3. Click Create Strategy Group in the top right corner of the Strategy Group window.

  4. In the New Strategy Group pane to the right, provide the Basic Details for your Strategy Group such as Strategy Group Name, Channel, Timezone, and Currency.

  5. In the Optimization Details section, select Smart Bidding and Smart Budget.

  6. Select the desired Optimization Metric and provide your Target CPA.

  7. Target CPA is mandatory while using Smart Bidding and Smart Budget to create a Strategy Group.

  8. Click the Smart Budget option from the left pane to configure it manually. For more information, see Configure Strategy Group Smart Budget.

  9. Next, click the Smart Bidding option from the left pane to configure it manually. For more information, see Configure Strategy Group Smart Bidding.

  10. Once you have configured it, click Create Strategy Group in the bottom right corner.
