Reply to messages from Sina Weibo using engagement columns

Note: Unfortunately, Sina Weibo has limited its functionality (under the PIPL laws) to all Social Media partners. The following limitations will exist:
Sina Weibo will continue to impose a limit of 150 API Calls per day per account (Typically 2000-3000 API Calls were being made per account before restrictions)
Impact of reduced limit:
There will be a delay in the inflow of messages/ comments/ likes/ reporting metrics.
We will not be able to guarantee the inflow of 100% posts/ comments.
Clients would not be able to reply/ publish in real-time.
Sina Weibo is a Chinese microblogging website based on user relationships to share information and to get information. With its broad reach, extensive user base, and diversity of conversation, Sina Weibo offers a unique opportunity for brands to engage at the forefront of trends.
Sprinklr supports a number of publishing and engagement features for Sina Weibo once you've linked your account to the platform.
When consumers mention your brand in their messages, you can reply to them via Direct Message. In this guide, we'll walk through how to respond via direct messages when the consumer mentions your brand.
Steps To Reply from engagement column
Click the New Tab icon Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.
Click Add Column in the top right corner of the Engagement dashboard.
Select Sina Weibo from the available sources for your new column.
On the Add New Sina Weibo Column window, select Mentions as the type of a column from the options.
Enter the details for the new Sina Weibo Column you are creating. For more information, see Sina Weibo Column — Field Descriptions.
Click Create Column in the bottom right corner to create the new column. Upon creation, your column will be available in the current dashboard.
On the Engagement Dashboard window, click the Comment icon for the Sina Weibo mentions you'd like to Reply to.
On the Comment pop-up window, enter the details per your needs. For more information, see Reply — Field Descriptions.
Click Post to publish your response or Save as Draft to save a draft version of your response. You can also schedule your response for a future date and time by clicking Schedule icon in the bottom left. Select the month, date, and time of publishing. Click Apply to save your changes.

Default Date Range | Set the date range for the column. |
Show | Select the messages to be shown from the drop-down. |
Is Brand Mentioned | Select if the brand should be mentioned in the messages from the drop-down. |
Sort | Select to sort the messages in the column. |
Campaign | Select a campaign to be associated with the messages in the column. |
Refresh Time | Select the refresh time for the column feed. |
Notify New Messages | Select to get a notification for every new message. |
Column Color | Set the color of the column. |
Workflow Properties - Enter the workflow properties as desired. |

Comment — Field Descriptions

From | This is the account from which you are replying. |
Message Type | Select the message type as Direct Message. |
Message Box | Enter your reply in the message box. You can add Links, Canned Responses (Templated Text Assets), Custom Links, and Content Placeholders to your response. |
Campaign | Select a campaign from the drop-down menu to associate your reply with. You can also set your campaign ‘as default’ by clicking Set as Default. |
Sub-Campaign | Select a Sub-Campaign from the drop-down menu to associate your reply with. |
Tags | Select tags from the drop-down or type your tag and separate it with a comma to enter another tag. |
Social Bars | Select desired social bars for your replies. |
