Assign the Admin Role to an Advocate

To assign on-site Admin roles to advocates based on their specific persona and responsibilities, we can empower them with distinct roles such as admin, publisher, and analyst, each equipped with precise permissions 

Steps to Assign Admin Roles to Advocates(Admin)

  1. On-site admins can navigate to the User Management section and within the Approved Users tab, double-click the user card. On the third pane, he can assign Admin roles to the Advocates

  2. Admins can even assign roles to the Advocates while approving them for the first time on the Advocacy site. For this, navigate to the User Management section, and within the Pending User Requests tab, approve the advocates with the required roles.
