Updated

Overview

In your digital twin interactions, capturing and storing user input in variables is essential for effective communication and process integration. By capturing and storing user inputs you can :

  • tailor interactions and services to meet individual user preferences and needs. For instance, your customer service digital twin captures user preferences and past interactions during support sessions. By storing this information, the digital twin can personalize future interactions, such as greeting the user by name, recalling previous issues, and suggesting solutions based on past queries.
