Canned Response Suggestion Using AI

A canned response service is a tool used by customer-care agents to provide preset replies to common and frequent queries. This service helps agents respond quickly and consistently to inquiries, ensuring efficient and accurate communication. By utilizing a set of standard responses, businesses can streamline their support processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain uniformity in their messaging.

Training the Model

For the purpose of training the model, we need a set of canned responses, scenarios, their channel type, and scenario descriptions in which to use those canned responses in a predefined format. A template has been attached below for reference.

Enablement Process

The enablement process takes around four weeks, including:

  1. Training

  2. Validation

  3. Deployment

  4. Reporting dashboard setup

Important Note: The efficacy of the canned responses model is higher for public channels, and currently, only the English language is supported.
