Enabling Smart Responses for Your Brand

To enable smart responses for your brand, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Minimum Case Requirement: At least 1,000 cases should be present for standard model validation (OOTB model) across the applicable channels.

  2. Supported Languages: The model is supported for English, French, Portuguese, German, and Spanish only.

  3. Domain Understanding: Smart responses have limited domain understanding and are not suitable for troubleshooting-related responses.
