Custom Sound Notifications for Live Chat

To improve the user experience in live chat, you have the capability to customize audio notifications for various events. This includes message alerts, notifications when an agent picks up or drops a video call, and for incoming audio or video calls. These notifications can be personalized and managed in MP3 and WAV formats through the Digital Asset Manager.

You can upload the audio files to the Digital Asset Manager and obtain the media URLs. These URLs can then be shared with Sprinklr support by raising a support ticket via tickets@sprinklr.com. Alternatively, you can directly share the audio files with support.
