Updated

Vanilla Forums is a platform that enables companies to build community forums. It uses a tree-like structure, where each node represents a page that can contain discussions (posts with comments) and links to other sub-pages, referred to as categories in Vanilla.

Note: Access to this Vanilla Forums is controlled by the dynamic property: <VANILLA_FORUMS_CHANNEL_ENABLED>. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
