Build your brand by sending surveys with your own brand domain. Having a custom survey URL with your branding can build trust, personality, consistency, and familiarity with your brand. To get this setup please work with your success manager.

To add your brand domain to survey URLs

1. Please share the SSL certificates against the domain name.

   1. SSL certificate generated using Sprinklr CSR

      If you want to generate certificates using our CSR, then

      1. Share the details asked in the following table.

         Country
         State
         City
         Company Name
         Department
         Domain Name
         Contact Name
         Contact Email Address

      2. We will then generate a CSR and share it with you.

      3. Next, share a zip folder containing the SSL Certificate and Intermediate Chain.

   2. SSL Certificate Generated using own CSR

      If generated using your own CSR, then please share a zip folder containing the SSL Certificate, Intermediate Chain, and Private Key.

2. Once the certificates are verified, then you need to update the CNAME mapping.

   Sprinklr will provide the CNAME (domain name), and you will need to update the CNAME entry at your end.

   Example: surveys.acme.com CNAME XXX.sprinklr.com
