The following conditions and actions are available for users to select while creating a Task Rule.

Task Rule - Conditions

Condition	Description
Condition Applies to Task	Set conditions based on the following properties of the tasks: Approval Queue Asset type on which task is created Assignment Present Associated Date Entity Due Date First reminder should go to approver before post/message schedule time Last reminder sent to approver Select Date Field to Compare Task Queue Task Status Task Type Task Custom Field Task Due Workspace Task Custom Properties
Properties of Associated Entity	Set conditions based on the properties of the entities associated with a task such as campaign, outbound message, sub-campaign, and media asset.
Compare Properties of Two Assets	Set condition by comparing properties of two assets:. You can select First Asset: Draft, User, Campaign, Sub-Campaign, Task, and SAM Asset. and Second Asset from Draft, User, Campaign, Sub-Campaign, Task, and SAM Asset.

Task Rule — Actions

Action	Description
Copy Properties from Source to Destination	Set the action to copy properties from source to destination. You can add fields that you want to copy. Source: Draft, User, Campaign, Sub-Campaign, Task, and SAM Asset. Destination: Draft, User, Campaign, Sub-Campaign, Task, and SAM Asset. Set the action to copy properties from source to destination. You can add fields that you want to copy. Note: You can now copy actions from Task to Higher-Level entities. This enables you to set Tasks as Copy Action Source and Draft, Campaign, Sub-Campaign, and SAM Asset as Copy Action Destination.
Action to Task	Set action based on the following task properties: Add Task Queue Assign Assign Fairly Create Campaign Assign Work Manage Required Skill Notify Users Remove from Task Queue Send Custom Reminder Notification Send Reminder Notification Send Mobile Push Notification Set Task Queue Task Status Unset Task Queue Task Custom Properties
