Undo-Redo in Task Sheet View and Task Timeline View

Project Management supports undo-redo for certain actions in task sheet view and task timeline view. You can perform undo-redo by using the following keyboard commands:

Mac | Command + Z | Command + Shift + Z |
Windows | CTRL + Z | CTRL + Y |
Following actions performed in given areas support undo-redo in Project Management.
Area | Action | Description |
Cell | Edit | Updating the value/content in the cell. |
Cell | Clear | Removing the value/content in the cell(s). |
Cell | Paste | Pasting value/content in the cell(s). |
Cell | Drag to Copy | Filling cells below a particular cell(s) by dragging the cell(s) from the bottom till the last cell of the cells you wish to fill. |
Row | Collapse/Expand Subtasks | Collapsing or expanding subtasks of a specific task by clicking on collapse/expand icon corresponding to the name of the parent task. |
Row | Lock/Unlock Row | Locking/unlocking a row by clicking on the three dots corresponding to the row and then clicking on "Lock"/"Unlock". |
Column | Resize | Increasing/decreasing the width of column by dragging its boundaries right/left. |
Column | Reorder | Reordering columns by dragging a column from its position and dropping it between two other columns. |
Column | Remove | Removing a column by clicking on the three dots on the column title and then clicking on "Remove Column". |
Column | Hide/Show | Hiding a column by by clicking on three dots on the column title and then clicking on "Hide Column". A hidden column can be brought back to sheet using "Manage Columns". |
Column | Freeze/Unfreeze | Freezing/Unfreezing a column by clicking on the three dots on the column title and then clicking on "Freeze Column"/"UnFreeze Column". |
Column | Collapse All Values | Collapsing all subtasks in the sheet at once by clicking on three dots corresponding to the "Title" column and then clicking on "Collapse All Values". |
Column | Expand All Values | Expanding all subtasks in the sheet at once by clicking on three dots corresponding to the "Title" column and then clicking on "Expand All Values". |
Column | Edit Column | Editing/managing a column by clicking on three dots on the column title and then making changes in the column properties. |
Column | Lock/Unlock | Locking/unlocking a column by clicking the three dots on the column title and then clicking "Lock"/"Unlock". |
Sheet | Sort | Sorting tasks in task sheet view or task timeline view up to three levels. |
